Charles Custon

Charles Custon is an experienced electrical and embedded software engineer with a strong focus on cybersecurity and IoT firmware development. Currently serving as a Software Development Engineer at Systech Corporation, Charles has a diverse background that includes significant roles at FoneFill Consulting, Modular Medical, Inc., and InstantCare. Notable achievements include generating firmware and application cybersecurity requirements for BLE-enabled devices and developing low-energy firmware across various platforms. Charles also founded FoneFill, a startup offering portable phone chargers, and worked with major companies like Qualcomm and Connor Winfield earlier in the career. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
