Bill Carpenter

Bill Carpenter is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and project management. Currently serving as Global Account Manager and Sr. Project Manager at Systech International since March 2008, Bill has previously held the role of Principal Consultant at Verisign from March 2005 to February 2008, and was the Director of Operations at MeadWestvaco Intelligent Systems between 2001 and 2005. Bill holds a Master of Business Administration in IT Management from the University of Baltimore, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Physics from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
