Aditya G. has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Aditya is currently the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Systech Solutions, Inc since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at GENPACT from July 2015 to June 2023, where they served as an AVP, Cloud Solution Architect, specializing in designing and implementing scalable solutions for data, BI, and analytics on cloud platforms. Aditya also led the development of BI visualization platforms and mentored team members on technology best practices.

Before GENPACT, Aditya was a BI Architect at Mindtree from August 2014 to July 2015, where they strengthened BI projects through their expertise in reporting design and architecture. Aditya also mentored emerging architects and promoted a collaborative environment for team growth.

Aditya's earlier experiences include being a BI Reporting Architect at Razorsight from December 2011 to August 2014, where they contributed to the development of cloud-based analytics software for communication providers. Aditya was also the CTO & Co-Founder of buzz360 from October 2009 to December 2011, specializing in search engine optimization and social media marketing.

At Systech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from August 2010 to June 2011, Aditya held multiple roles including Head of Advanced Technology Group, Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, and Business Intelligence Consultant. In these roles, they focused on prototype development, product innovation, data warehouse design, ETL implementation, and providing technical guidance to team members. Aditya also mastered various technologies and implemented data warehouses for front-end reporting.

Aditya G.'s education history begins in 1985 when they attended Jaigopal Garodia Vivekananda Vidyalaya. It is unclear whether they obtained any degrees or pursued a specific field of study during this time. From 1986 to 1999, Aditya attended Mamallan Matriculation Higher Secondary and obtained their HSC and SSLC degrees.

In 1999, Aditya enrolled in the University of Madras and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science. They completed this program in 2003.
