Praveen Aleti

Praveen Aleti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Praveen started their career at Srico Software Ltd as a Management Analyst from September 1997 to February 2002. Praveen then worked at Flextronics, Cork, Ireland as a Sr. Analyst from April 2002 to June 2003. Praveen also worked at Intel Corporation, Ireland as an Analyst from March 2003 to May 2004.

In 2004, Praveen joined SysTechCorp Inc where they held various roles. Praveen started as the COO of Global Operations and is currently still in this position. SysTechCorp Inc operates in the US, Mexico, Canada, and India and focuses on empowering businesses by bringing the right talent and skills across Microsoft, Oracle, and other leading software markets.

In 2012, Praveen also worked at SysApp Solutions Inc as the COO, where they contributed to making customer businesses more responsive and competitive by bringing in the right talents. Their role involved diverse skills such as web application, mobile and portal development, big data, analytics, and quality assurance, among others.

Lastly, from February 2013 to December 2018, Praveen joined Enterprise IT Resources Inc as the COO. Here, they successfully managed and grew the customer community, conducted status meetings, and provided regular updates on projects.

Throughout their career, Praveen has demonstrated skills in team management, strategic planning, recruitment, and customer engagement, contributing to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Praveen Aleti pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Osmania University between 1992 and 1994. Following this, they attended Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from 1995 to 1997.
