Aviva Pratzer

Aviva Pratzer currently serves as the Head of Growth at System-3™ since September 2025. Prior to this role, Aviva held key positions at Pentavere from July 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included Head of Growth and Business Development, notably overseeing a complete acquisition by HEALWELL AI in 2025 and a partial acquisition in 2023. Aviva's earlier experience encompasses roles such as Business Development, Marketing & Customer Success Manager at Creative Destruction Lab, Venture Analyst and Product Manager at Track DDB, and Analytics at DigitasLBi North America. Aviva began a career in analytics as a Business Analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman. Aviva holds an MBA with a major in Management Analytics from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Economics from Barnard College and Columbia University.
