Marian Pitel

Marian Pitel is an experienced professional in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, currently serving as the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Lead at System-3 since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing a team that utilizes video simulation technology to assess leadership competencies. Prior to this role, Marian co-founded nugget.ai, acting as Head of Research from 2018 to 2021, and worked as an I/O Psychology Consultant at Organization & Management Solutions (OMS) from 2016 to 2019, focusing on selection and training initiatives for public sector organizations. Earlier experience includes positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Guelph and Data Analyst at the University of Toronto. Marian holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph, where education milestones also include a Master’s Degree and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
