Adam Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Adam currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at System Era Softworks since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Akili as a Staff Gameplay Engineer from January 2021 to January 2023, and as a Senior Engineer from March 2015 to January 2021. Adam also had brief stints as a Contract Programmer at Press Play from October 2014 to February 2015, and at Crystal Dynamics from March 2014 to June 2014.

In 2013, Adam worked as a Senior Programmer on a three-month contract with Press Play, focusing on improving gameplay for Max and the Curse of Brotherhood. Adam evaluated gameplay systems, implemented fixes and improvements across various areas, and collaborated with the team to enhance the overall product.

Adam's career started at Crystal Dynamics in May 2006, where they held the position of Lead Gameplay Programmer on an unannounced title. During their tenure until March 2013, they managed internal engineers and contractors, oversaw the creation of gameplay and networking architectures, and made technical decisions while building features.

Before that, in 2005, they worked as a Scripter at Sony Computer Entertainment of America, focusing on scripting enemy AI behavior. Adam also worked as a Tools Tester at Electronic Arts for a brief period in 2005.
