Lance Stamper

Lance Stamper has over 39 years of work experience, starting in 1983 with the US Army where they served as a Sergeant Major, specializing in operations training and military police leadership. Lance then transitioned to the United States Department of Defense in 1994 as a Special Agent, focusing on international criminal and civil investigations with a notable track record of monetary recoveries. In 2019, Lance joined System High Corporation as a Team Lead and Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst for the Missile Defense Agency, ensuring the integrity of critical component suppliers for multiple Ballistic Missile Defense System programs.

Lance Stamper holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Austin Peay State University. Lance also completed Operational and Strategic Leadership coursework at The NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and Sergeants Major Academy. In 2020, they obtained the Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
