Jody Hepler

Jody Hepler has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they are the Vice President of Manufacturing at System Seals Inc. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations Wind Division at the same company. Jody also held the position of VP of Operations and Lean Six Sigma Practitioner at Minich's Inc. At Bevcorp LLC, they served as the Director of Operations, where they played a key role in transitioning the company to a growth position. Jody supervised various departments including engineering, manufacturing, assembly, quality, supply chain, and logistics. Jody also has experience as a Sr. Program Manager at Mid-West Forge Corporation, where they led manufacturing activities and coordinated with suppliers. Additionally, Jody served as the Director of Operations at Millennium Control Systems, overseeing all company operations and implementing improved production processes. Jody began their career at Donaldson, where they held roles such as Sr. Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies and V.P of International. In these positions, they oversaw capital plans, managed project teams, and executed a multimillion-dollar factory construction project.

Jody Hepler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they have obtained various certifications related to emotional intelligence, lean practices, six sigma, and operations management from Lynda.com in 2018.
