Apostoli Matsikas

Apostoli Matsikas is a seasoned business professional, currently serving as a Business Coach at System & Soul since February 2022 and as a Business Owner at Old World Painting LLC since May 2020. With a strong background in team leadership and operational efficiency, Apostoli co-owned Heiler Painting from March 2015 to March 2020, achieving a remarkable 10x growth in five years and developing a sales team with a 45% closing rate. Apostoli has expertise in creating and implementing production, finance, accounting, and sales systems, alongside a sales playbook and the establishment of new territories. Prior experience includes roles as District Manager and Branch Manager at College Works Painting and as a Resident Assistant at Penn State University.
