Benj Miller

Benj Miller has held several roles throughout their career. In 2019, they started their own company called System & Soul, where they serve as the Chief Architect and Co-Founder. Benj is responsible for simplifying business operations and providing guidance to growth-minded leaders through the System & Soul Podcast. Prior to that, in 2019, Benj worked as a Business Coach at the Benj Miller Collective, offering support to organizations experiencing rapid growth or finding it challenging to overcome obstacles. In 2004, they founded Syrup Marketing, a company that focuses on delivering brand and marketing solutions for B2B clients. In 2018, they co-founded Fermented, a wine boutique specializing in events and exclusive wine club membership. In 2015, Benj co-founded Transcend CRE, which specializes in providing workplace wiring solutions. Benj was also a co-founder of Ninety.io, an app designed for companies utilizing EOS® methodology, from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they co-founded CodeSmith Development in 2013 and worked as Creative Director at Phase 3 Media from 2002 to 2004.

Benj Miller attended Wright State University from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Communications. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in The Six Types of Working Genius from The Six Types of Working Genius institution in 2022 and System & Soul Certified Coach from System & Soul in 2021.
