As the Founder and CEO of Vivid Path, LLC since March 2020, Mark focuses on optimizing performance for founder-led professional services companies using a holistic approach to improve operational clarity and effectiveness. Currently serving as a Certified Implementation Coach for System & Soul in the Chicago metro area, Mark specializes in helping small to midsize companies develop operational frameworks that foster sustainable growth. In various roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Netconcepts and Mettle Sports, Mark has successfully guided organizations through transitions, improving structures, processes, and team dynamics. Mark's prior experiences include significant leadership positions at Mbira Technologies, where sales growth exceeded $100 million, and as an entrepreneur founding digital marketing agencies.
