Michael McIntosh

Michael McIntosh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in military and operations leadership. Currently serving as a Functional Analyst Sr/Operations Lead at System Studies and Simulation (S3), Inc. since July 2021, Michael previously held positions such as Facilities Analyst Sr. at SAIC and Division Command Sergeant Major at the US Army Corps of Engineers, where responsibilities included supporting over 3,600 personnel and advising on training and personnel issues. Michael also served as Commandant at the XVIII Airborne Corps NCO Academy, managing training for 3,400 Soldiers annually, and held leadership roles as Command Sergeant Major for both the 307th Engineer Battalion and the 1/34 Infantry Regiment. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Excelsior University, completed in 2020.
