Emma Cooper

Emma Cooper is currently the Chief People Officer at System1 Group. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Operations at BrainJuicer from December 2004 to March 2017. Emma has also worked as the Customer Services Manager at Digitalbrain PLC from September 2002 to December 2004.

Throughout their career, Emma has been a member of various management teams and has led multiple teams including the Operations, Development and IT teams. Emma has also overseen outsourced services for their previous companies. Emma is an industry leading professional with a global perspective.

Emma Cooper has an Executive MBA from the University of Surrey in Business Administration and Management, General. Emma also has a Postgraduate Award in Leading Operations and Process Management in the Service Sector from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Emma has a BA Hon in Philosophy & English from the University of Sussex. Emma is certified from CIPD in Chartered MCIPD, Transform Performance International in DISC Accredited Practitioner, Gallup in CliftonStrengths Certified Coach, and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in First Aid Training.
