Phillip Kubec

Phillip Kubec is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in franchising and business development. As the Founder and President/CEO of System4 LLC since October 2003, Phillip has led the company to consistently rank among the top franchise concepts in Entrepreneur Magazine, including being recognized as the 4th best new franchise. Prior to this, Phillip founded Move It Now, a franchisor in the logistics sector, where key contributions included the development of the concept and training programs. Phillip also served as the President/CEO and Board Member of Coverall North America Inc., where successful negotiations facilitated significant financing for the leading commercial cleaning franchisor. Earlier in the career, Phillip founded The Kover Group Inc., acquiring the first Master Franchise for Coverall, thereby establishing multiple locations across key markets.
