Vincent Micale has a long and varied work experience. Vincent began their career in 1999 as President of Elsian, where they designed multi-tier web-based applications using COM, ASP, SQL Server, and MTS. In 2001, they moved to CommTel as a Senior System Architect, where they architected several multi-tier web-based applications and developed a suite of reusable components marketed as the eFramework. In 2002, they became President, CEO, and Founder of SystemArchitecture.NET, where they provided executive leadership, set strategic goals and direction, and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company. In 2007, they became President of Windham Economic Development Corporation and Owner of VJM Realty. In 2008, they became Chairman of the Board at Fiddlehead Art and Science Center, where they provided executive leadership and guidance. In 2015, they became Chief Information Officer at Penobscot Community Health Care, where they provided executive leadership, project management, and expertise in IT security, business continuity, system architecture and database design. In 2018, they joined the Board of Directors at Fiddlehead School of Arts and Sciences. Finally, in 2019, they became Chief Information Officer at ConForm Gissing International, where they provide executive leadership, project management, and expertise in IT security, ERP support, and business continuity planning.
Vincent Micale attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics. Vincent then took post graduate courses in computer science at Boston University from 1995 to 1997. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Cybersecurity: Technology, Application and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
