Shalini Jha, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional, currently serves as a Senior Operations Engineer at Systematic Group since June 2021. Prior to this role, Shalini worked as an Industrial Engineer in the Industrial Engineering Department at Bharat Wire Ropes Ltd from October 2019 to June 2021. Shalini holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and Terna Engineering College.
