Ionel Preda

Ionel Preda has a diverse background in human resources, with experience spanning over a decade in various roles. Ionel began as an HR Consultant and HR Researcher at Excon Consultanta from May 2013 to December 2014, followed by a position as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco România in early 2015. Ionel served as a Senior Recruitment Specialist and then as HR Business Partner & HR Systems Lead at DB Schenker from November 2018 to January 2020. After this, Ionel worked as a Human Resources Manager at TRACTEBEL from February 2020 to March 2022. Currently, Ionel is a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Systematic, a role held since April 2022. Ionel holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bucharest and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest.
