Nurit Gutherz has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Nurit started their career in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) as a Section Leader from 1985 to 1990. Nurit then worked at Systematics Technologies as a Product Line Manager for the Integrated Document Management Group from 1990 to 1995. Following that, they joined SPL WorldGroup Consulting as a Senior Systems Analyst from 1995 to 1997. Nurit then held the position of VP R&D at MainXchange.com from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Enigma as the Director of Consulting and Professional Services (C&PS). In 1998, they founded GoodTech Systems and served as the CEO until 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Systematics as the Professional Services Director. Since 2014, they have been working at Systematics as the GIS Sales Director and currently holds the position of Head of GIS Business Unit. In their roles, they have been responsible for sales, managing customer relationships, coaching sales teams, and presenting products in conferences and seminars.
Nurit Gutherz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in finance from San Francisco State University, which they obtained from 1997 to 1998. Prior to their MBA studies, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Mathematics (expanded program) at Bar-Ilan University between 1988 and 1992. Additionally, from 1985 to 1987, Nurit attended the Israeli Defense Forces' Computational Center (mamram) in Tel-Aviv, Israel, where they focused on systems analysis, software design, and computer programming, although they did not earn a specific degree during that period.
