Laura Dominguez is an experienced talent attraction advisor at Systematix since August 2021, following a brief internship in human resources at Québec International from April to July 2021. Prior to these roles, Laura served as a recruitment consultant at the Centre d’Etat d’Evaluation de Contrôle et Confiance from February 2013 to August 2019, managing the entire recruitment cycle and conducting interviews for new hires. Laura's early career includes coordinating tutoring sessions at Université Technologique de Léon from 2010 to 2013, where responsibilities involved organizing events for faculty and students and participating in the selection of new professors. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval and two degrees in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, including a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree.
