Stefan Manuel Gomes Monteiro

Stefan Manuel Gomes Monteiro is an experienced functional analyst currently working at Systematix since September 2022. Previously, Stefan held the same role at the Ministère des Finances du Cap Vert from July 2012 to July 2016, contributing to various electronic declaration projects related to taxes and automating tax-related processes. Stefan has also worked in academia as an assistant professor and part-time instructor at multiple universities, including Universidade de Cabo Verde and Universidade Jean Piaget de Cabo Verde, where responsibilities included technology management and academic support.
