Alexey Kashaev

Alexey Kashaev currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Systeme Electric, overseeing operations in Russia and the CIS following the company's establishment from the former Schneider Electric business. With extensive experience at Schneider Electric spanning over 12 years, Alexey held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and President for Russia and CIS, where responsibilities included managing over 7,500 staff and multiple facilities. Previous roles at Schneider Electric involved driving sales growth in Digital Energy, managing marketing, and leading successful product launches. Prior to Schneider Electric, Alexey contributed to business development and marketing initiatives at companies such as Luxury Homes and OPIN Development Group. Alexey's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Economics from the Russian State University of Trade and Economics and a Specialist degree in Marketing Communications from Moscow State University of Culture, complemented by an executive program at INSEAD.
