Maysa Kilani

Maysa Kilani is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in digital products, business process management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Board Member at SEDCO since May 2023, Maysa previously worked at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority - DEWA from January 2016 to May 2023, holding the positions of Specialist in Digital Products and Services and Deputy Manager of Business Process Management. Additional experience includes a role as Quality Specialist at Dubai Foundation for Women and Children from December 2013 to December 2015, Chief Business Analyst at Roads and Transport Authority from December 2008 to June 2013, and Customer Service Consultant at Ethos Integrated Solutions LLC from September 2007 to October 2008.
