Matt Davenport

Matt Davenport is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in landscape architecture and municipal services. Currently serving as a Codes Enforcement/Building Inspector for Systems Design Engineering, Inc. since March 2013, Matt coordinates building inspection services and property maintenance code enforcement in eastern Pennsylvania. As a registered landscape architect with Davenport Designs since September 2000, Matt specializes in luxurious residential landscape enhancements across eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, as Chairman of the Planning Commission for the Township of Maidencreek, Matt provides advisory recommendations on land development projects. Previous roles include serving as a School Director for Fleetwood Area School District, member of the Board of Directors for Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce, and landscape architect at various firms. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Penn State University.
