Paul McCarthy

Paul McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Director of the Integrated Electronic Systems Division at Systems Engineering & Assessment Ltd since February 2016. Prior experience includes multiple director-level roles at Thales, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing quality and customer satisfaction to leading continuous improvement initiatives and major project management efforts in various divisions, including Air Systems.
