Neel Gopalani

Neel Gopalani is Vice President of Strategic Operations at SEACORP. Mr. Gopalani has more than 25 years of progressive experience in the federal government contracting industry. In this role, Mr. Gopalani works closely with executive leadership to deliver on SEACORP’s strategic goals and objectives. He is responsible for leading and supporting quality initiatives, business development, pipeline management, proposal management and financial forecasting. He brings extensive experience in strategic planning and supporting corporate targets for customer satisfaction, annual revenue, and profitability.

Prior to SEACORP, Mr. Gopalani was at ECS Federal (Headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia) where he started as a founding team member in 2002 and continued till ECS’ acquisition by ASGN (ASGN:NASDAQ) in 2018. At ECS, Mr. Gopalani served in key leaderships roles including operations and portfolio management; business development including capture management and proposal development; and delivering technology solutions and professional services in areas of software delivery, cloud solutions and information security.
