Tim Coffey

Tim Coffey provides exceptional technical solutions applied to tactical team training, operator training and self-paced computer-based training. For over 35 years he has been dedicated to understanding fleet training requirements, employing practical levels of fidelity based on need, and leveraging latest technologies to maximize the training capability within available resources. He is a valued industry partner of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), tasked to provide numerous reconfigurable naval training solutions based on numerous hardware and software switching technologies.

Mr. Coffey has a wide range of program management and technical experience. This enables him to work successfully with his SEACORP team, industry partners, and customers to identify, design, and apply optimal solutions based on requirements, cost, and schedule. He is an experienced system designer, software developer, and system integrator with an extensive understanding of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) hardware and operating systems deployed within Naval ship systems. Combined with his in-depth knowledge of Modeling and Simulation, Verification Testing, and maintenance training, Mr. Coffey is equipped to provide solutions to the most difficult training problems.
