Hoong Yan See

Hoong Yan See is an accomplished researcher and project manager with significant experience in systems engineering. At the Systems Engineering Research Center (SERC), Hoong Yan held multiple roles including Research Project Manager, Research Associate, and Researcher from September 2020 to November 2021, after previously serving as a Graduate Research Assistant in 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a PhD Research Assistant at both the Stevens Institute of Technology and the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), where Hoong Yan also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the UTEP University Career Center. Hoong Yan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Systems Engineering from the School of Systems & Enterprises at Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from UTEP.
