Hoong Yan See Tao

Hoong Yan See Tao is an experienced Research Project Manager at the Systems Engineering Research Center (SERC) since May 2016, with a background that includes roles as Research Associate, Researcher, Postdoctoral Fellow, and Graduate Research Assistant at the same institution. Hoong Yan completed a PhD in Systems Engineering at the School of Systems & Enterprises at Stevens Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017, following a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, where contributions as a Graduate Assistant and a PhD Research Assistant were made from 2006 to 2013. Additionally, a brief tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant at SERC occurred in 2015, and prior experience includes being a PhD Research Assistant at the Research Institute for Manufacturing & Engineering Systems (RIMES) at UTEP from 2011 to 2013.
