Dale H.

Dale H. has a long and varied work experience. Dale began their career in 1981 as Business Manager for the Kentucky Department of Parks, where they supervised all accounting functions and office personnel. In 1985, they became a Senior Auditor for Stivers & Associates, PSC, CPAs, where they supervised the audit staff and staff accountants in the preparation of audits, reviews, compilations, tax return preparation, and other client projects. In 1991, they moved to ATE/Ryder as Assistant Controller, where they were responsible for all accounting functions of a transit management company with revenues in excess of $130 million. Dale then moved to The Trane Company in 1997, first as a Financial Consultant, where they provided support for implementation of new enterprise-wide accounting & reporting systems, and then as District Controller, where they managed all accounting, human resources, and administrative functions of a commercial HVAC field sales office with revenues in excess of $30 million. In 1998, they became Chief Financial Officer at Systems Insight, Inc. In 2005, they joined Kendle International as Director of Global Budgeting and Financial Analysis. Finally, in 2008, they began their current position as Chief Financial Officer at the Diocese of Covington, where they oversee fiscal operations of the Curia with the utilization of an accounting, budgeting, and reporting system, provides oversight and support for the Bishop in the fiscal management of parishes, elementary and secondary schools, and the diocesan college, and oversees the professional management of investment funds.

Dale H. attended Eastern Kentucky University from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a BBA in Accounting.
