Fawad Ahmad

Fawad Ahmad has a diverse work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Fawad is currently serving as the VP of Banking and Financial Services at Systems Limited since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Engineering Software at PaySky from November 2022 to August 2023. Fawad also had a tenure at JS Bank, where they served as the Head of Engineering, focusing on re-engineering customer digital interactions and implementing new services. Fawad also held the position of Executive Vice President IT at JS Bank from February to December 2021. Before joining JS Bank, they worked at IBM as a Solutions Architect from December 2019 to January 2021. Fawad has extensive experience in the telecom industry, having worked at PTML (Ufone) in various roles such as Manager Enterprise Solution Architect, Manager IT System Architect, and Lead Data warehouse and Development.

Fawad Ahmad holds a BSC degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Peshawar, which they obtained between 1998 and 2000. Fawad also has an MSC degree in Computer Science from Gomal University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Fawad has obtained several certifications, including AWS Academy Graduate - AWS Academy Cloud Architecting, Big Data Foundations - Level 1, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, Azure DevOps First Look, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
