Muhammad Bilal has extensive experience in recruiting and human resources. Muhammad has worked at various companies in different roles. From 2009 to 2013, Bilal worked as a CCTV operator at DCP Security Brentwood. Muhammad then moved on to Micro Agility (MA) Global Services, where they worked as a Market Research Interviewer and later as a Floor Supervisor for the Recruitment Team & Call Centre Team. In 2016, they joined MA Services (Pvt) Ltd. as a Quality Assurance Analyst and then transitioned to the role of a Technical Recruiter. In 2019, Bilal joined Systems Limited as a Lead Technical Recruiter, and later that year, they also started working at CGT Staffing as a Technical Recruiter. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Senior Technical Recruiter, and in 2023, they became the Lead Recruiter at CGT Staffing. Throughout their career, Bilal has demonstrated skills in full-cycle recruiting, job posting, conducting interviews and screenings, and maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors. Muhammad has also gained experience in quality assurance, team supervision, and market research.

Muhammad Bilal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Bahauddin Zakariya University between 2011 and 2013. Muhammad then pursued an MSC in International Relations at Preston University from 2016 to 2018. In addition, they hold certifications in Administrative Management from the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM), Information Technology from the London School of Business and Computing (LSBC), and Door Supervision from NOCN.
