Muhammad Faisal Kapadia

Muhammad Faisal Kapadia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of project management and Oracle applications. Muhammad Faisal is currently serving as the Vice President and Head of PMO practice at Systems Limited, where they established a PMO and designed governance processes and execution excellence framework. Muhammad Faisal has also held the role of Assistant Vice President at Systems Limited, overseeing PMO and delivery governance for enterprise services.

Prior to their current position, Muhammad worked at Oracle as a Principal Technical Account Manager, managing projects in the ASEAN region. Muhammad Faisal was responsible for leading the Oracle EBS Upgrade project at Sentosa Development Corporation in Singapore. Muhammad Faisal also served as a Senior Pre-Sales Manager at Oracle, supporting the sales team in closing customer service deals and providing technical proposals and solution presentations to customers.

Muhammad has also worked at Arowana Consulting, where they served as a Senior Consultant for Oracle Apps, leading implementations and enhancements for various clients. At Seadrill, they held the position of Technical Design Lead, supporting the change management process and managing global support for financial applications. Muhammad Faisal also worked as a Lead Consultant at Arowana Consulting, leading the Oracle HRMS implementation project at Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar.

Earlier in their career, Muhammad was a Senior Manager in the ERP department at Sapphire Consulting Services, overseeing multiple Oracle HRMS and Oracle Financials implementation and support projects. Muhammad Faisal also worked as a Manager of IT and Personnel at Mustaqim Dyeing and Printing Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Throughout their career, Muhammad has demonstrated their expertise in project management, Oracle applications, and team leadership.

Muhammad Faisal Kapadia completed their MCS degree in Computer Science from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology from 2004 to 2006. Before that, they pursued an MBA in Information Technology from PIMSAT Karachi from 2002 to 2003. Muhammad Faisal obtained their B.Com degree in Commerce from Government College of Commerce and Economics from 1998 to 2000, and their H.S.C degree in Commerce from the same institution from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their S.S.C degree in Science Group from Progressive Model School from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Leadership Programme from Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2021 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2020. Muhammad Faisal also holds various Oracle certifications related to their Cloud Infrastructure, E-Business Suite, and Financials from 2008 to 2020.
