Saad Ibrar

Saad Ibrar has extensive work experience in finance, accounting, and auditing. Saad is currently working as the Vice President of Finance at Systems Limited. Prior to this, they held the same role at Visionet Systems Inc., where they led financial and accounting operations for the company and its European and Canadian entities.

Before that, Saad worked at Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited, where they served as the Head of Business Finance and later as the Group Business Controller. In these roles, they were responsible for financial management, reporting, and strategic planning for multiple business verticals, with a combined turnover of over USD 100 million.

Saad also has experience in the consumer goods industry, having worked at FrieslandCampina as a Plant Controller and Associate Manager Risk and Controls - Supply Chain Finance. In these roles, they were involved in cost management, forecasting, and implementing risk management frameworks.

Prior to that, Saad worked at A. F. Ferguson & Co. as an Assistant Manager in assurance and business advisory. Saad conducted statutory audits, assessed control systems, and performed substantive tests to ensure compliance with international standards.

Saad Ibrar completed their Chartered Accountant degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan from 2009 to 2014. Saad then pursued a FSc degree in Engineering from Government College University (GCU), Lahore, from 2006 to 2008. In 2019, Saad obtained a certification as a Certified Information System Auditor from ISACA.
