Usman Farooq

Usman Farooq is an experienced manager with a robust background in support and operations, currently serving as the Manager Support for SAP at Systems Limited since March 2021, where Usman successfully established a support team that significantly increased SAP AMS clientele and introduced a structured support model. Prior to this role, Usman was the Manager Operations & Support for Microsoft Business Applications, where Usman expanded the AMS team and enhanced support billing. At Hashoo Group, Usman worked as a PMO Executive, managing digital transformation initiatives and Business Process Reengineering. Usman began a career at US Apparel & Textiles Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Executive and Receivables Controller, overseeing project analysis and quality management.
