Hua Eng Low

Hua Eng Low has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Deputy Director of Product and Test Engineering at Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (SSMC) since August 2003. Previous roles at SSMC include Senior Manager and Manager of Product and Test Engineering, where Hua Eng Low led initiatives for product yield ramp-up, coached engineers in problem-solving using lean Six Sigma methodologies, and established in-house testing capabilities. Prior to SSMC, Hua Eng Low worked as a Senior Product Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, focusing on yield and failure analysis, and as a Test Product Engineer at Infineon Technologies, supporting final test yield improvements and optimization projects. Education was completed at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
