In 2017, they held two positions at the University of Central Florida: a Computer Repair Technician, where they performed hardware and software diagnostics and repair, and a Service Desk Analyst, where they provided front-line IT support (hardware, software, network) on PCs, Macs, tablets, and mobile phones and performed hardware moves and installations.

Devin Grindle attended the University of Central Florida from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 2014 to 2016, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA in Information Technology.
