Teresa Caruso

Teresa Caruso is an experienced financial consultant and management professional with a diverse background in financial analysis and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Consultant for the Navy at Artemis Consulting, Inc. since June 2020 and as a Senior Financial Management Support Specialist at Systems Technology Forum, Ltd. since April 2018, Teresa has also held prominent roles at KPMG US, INDUS Technology, Inc., and G2 Software Systems, Inc., among others. With a career spanning several decades, beginning in logistics analysis at Tracor Applied Sciences / BAE Systems, Teresa has developed extensive expertise in operations and financial management, supported by an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Prince George's Community College.
