Heather M. Cooney

Heather M. Cooney currently serves as Associate Principal and Director of Business Operations at Systems West Engineers, where responsibilities include managing financial, human resources, marketing, IT, and office administration functions. Cooney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development & Family Sciences from Oregon State University.
