Gregory Chow

Gregory Chow has served in various leadership roles at SYSTRA since January 2007, currently holding the position of Managing Director for SYSTRA Philippines Inc. and Operations Director for Asia. Gregory's expertise includes overseeing major projects such as the feasibility assessment for upgrading the Delhi-Chandigarh Railway corridor and leading the design consultancy for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation's extensions. With a background in transport planning engineering, Gregory has contributed to urban and regional rail planning in China and long-term planning for Wuhan's urban rail network. Educational achievements include an MBA from NUS Business School and the National University of Singapore, alongside a Master's degree in Urban Planning from École des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris.
