Antoine Gomas

Antoine Gomas is a seasoned professional in transportation engineering with extensive experience in public transit systems. Currently serving as the Metro Automation Unit Manager and Project Manager at SYTRAL since January 2018, Antoine oversees the operation and funding of public transportation networks for the Rhône department. Previously, Antoine worked as a Transportation System Engineer at Assystem, contributing to the SYTRAL metro upgrade program, and at SNC-Lavalin, where responsibilities included system engineering for tram and bus projects across multiple cities. Antoine's early career included notable roles at Alstom Transport Information Solutions as a Train Control System Engineer and System Architecture Trainer, as well as involvement in the development of signalling systems.
