Diane Rogers has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. Diane began their career in 1989 as a Senior Product Manager at Borland Software, where they managed both Product Management and Product Marketing for the company's top revenue generating products. Diane then moved to Macromedia Incorporated (now Adobe) in 1999, where they held the role of Vice President of Marketing/Product Management. In this role, they led Product Management and Marketing Teams for the entire product line and set and achieved aggressive, measurable targets for annual product release. In 2003, Diane established and ran all aspects of an independently owned small business, Scrapbook Territory, which grew to annual revenues of $800k. Finally, in 2015, Diane became the Chief Product Officer at Syxsense.

Diane Rogers attended the Marlborough School, followed by the University of California, Berkeley from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Legal Studies. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
