Patrick Wilkes

Patrick Wilkes has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Patrick began their career in 2001 as an Information System Technician for the US Navy. In 2005, they were promoted to Command Center Systems Administrator for the same organization. In 2009, they moved to the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation as a Network Engineer. From 2012 to 2016, they worked for VideoBank as a Systems Administrator, Systems Integrator, and Client Support. During this period, they were responsible for building client-specific systems and managing the entire workflow of client projects. In 2016, they joined Visual Trading Systems as a Manager of Technical Operations and Support, where they reported directly to the CEO and provided weekly and monthly reports. Patrick also managed a localized and remote team of personnel. In 2017, they moved to Onepath LLC as a System Administrator II. Currently, they are employed at Syzygy 3, Inc. as a System Engineer.

Patrick Wilkes obtained a High School Diploma from Roxbury High School in 2000. From 2010 to 2013, they attended the University of Arkansas Grantham and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, as well as an Associate's degree in the same field from 2010 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Microsoft and Apple, including a Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate in November 2019, an ACSP - Apple Certified Support Professional 10.12, and an MCSA: Windows 10 - Certified 2018.
