Lucas Poloczek

Lucas Poloczek has a diverse range of work experience in the digital and advertising industry. In 2005, they became a freelancer for divers, where they worked until 2014. In the same year, they also became a part-owner of www.cuscadi.de and remained in that role until now. In 2015, they joined WEFRA Werbeagentur Frankfurt as an Account Manager, a position they held until 2016. From 2017 to 2019, Lucas worked as an Account Manager at 360VIER - Marken- & Digitalagentur. Currently, since 2020, they are employed at SYZYGY as an Account Director Digital, showcasing their progression and expertise in the field.

Lucas Poloczek completed their Bachelor of Arts (honors) degree with a first-class distinction in Web Development from SAE Institute between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, they obtained the IHK geprüfte Ausbildereignung (AEVO) certification from IHK Darmstadt Rhein Main Neckar in November 2018.
