Daniel Guerra

Daniel Guerra is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving at Syzygy Plasmonics since May 2021, Daniel's role encompasses multiple functions, including project and engineering management, manufacturing support, coaching young engineers, and fostering a positive team culture. Prior to this, Daniel held several key positions at Baker Hughes from December 2008 to September 2020, culminating in a role as Director of Product Lifecycle Management, where significant improvements in efficiency and cost savings were achieved. Daniel's career also includes leadership as VP of Engineering at National Air Vibrator Company, demonstrating a capacity to build high-performance teams and manage technical sales and manufacturing challenges. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
