Michael Cox

As a plant work estimator for the Utility Division at T. A. Loving Company, Michael’s role is to determine labor, material and equipment costs for bidding opportunities. Specializing in water and wastewater treatment facilities, Michael works with key suppliers, subcontractors and field management to develop complete and accurate construction estimates in accordance with the project requirements. In addition to design-bid-build opportunities, Michael is also active in developing budgets and estimates for projects utilizing alternate project delivery methods, including design-build and construction management at-risk (CMAR).

Michael earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and recently received his Associate Design-Build Professional certification through the Design Build Institute of America.
