T.A. Loving Co., Inc.
As a Senior Vice President and the Field Operations Manager of the Utility/Heavy Civil Division at T. A. Loving Company, Paul’s roles include Plant Manager for the division, along with supporting the division’s entire field staff. He prides himself in helping T. A. Loving Company’s Utility/Heavy Civil Division employees achieve success. With over 20 years at T. A. Loving Company, Paul also has many years of experience throughout the Utility field including Pipe, Bridge, and Emergency Service work. Working his way through the Division from a laborer to his current role has provided Paul with a wealth of knowledge he enjoys sharing with his employees.
Paul earned a degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. He is an Eagle Scout and still gives the Scouts his time and support through various activities and fundraisers.
Paul is a board member for the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA).
