Prior positions include Director of Purchasing at City Ventures and Cobblestone Homes, along with significant experience as Purchasing Manager at companies such as The New Home Company Inc., Taylor Woodrow Homes, William Lyon Homes, and California Pacific Homes. Andrew’s expertise encompasses value engineering, contractor relations management, and the optimization of construction processes, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Whittier College.
