Andrew Rowe

Andrew Rowe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering and management sectors. Currently serving as a Contracts Manager at TClarke since October 2012, Andrew previously held the position of Controls Engineer at Bonney and Jarman Ltd from June 2011 to October 2012. Prior to that, Andrew gained valuable experience at Cornwall Council from September 1998 to June 2011, working as both a Controls Engineer and Clerk of Works.
