Xiao-yan Pan

Xiao-yan Pan has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and coordination. They started their career as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Shanghai Second Medical University in 2003 and worked in this role until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, Xiao-yan worked as a Research Technician at the University of Birmingham and Birmingham Children's Hospital. They then joined the University of Oxford as a Postdoctoral Scientist from 2011 to 2013. Following their time at Oxford, Xiao-yan worked at the University of Manchester as a PDRA (Postdoctoral Research Associate) from 2013 to 2014, and subsequently as a Research Associate and Trial Coordinator from 2014 to 2016. Their most recent experience includes working at Orbit Discovery as a Senior Scientist from 2016 to 2020, and currently, they hold the position of Senior Scientist at T-Cypher Bio since 2020.

Xiao-yan Pan completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in Medicine from Shanghai Second Medical University, from 1998 to 2003. Following this, from 2009 to 2013, Xiao-yan Pan pursued further education and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Cancer Science from the University of Birmingham.
